Appointments

Please call our office at 704-892-4878 to schedule an appointment. Every effort will be made to accomodate your schedule. If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most major insurance plans. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We participate with the following major insurance companies:

If you do not see your insurance company on the list please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.

As a courtesy to you our office will file your insurance claim with the insurance companies we are participating with. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.

Payment Options

Payment of all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
